stethescope_on_ecgSwanswell Medical Centre was established in 1994 and is situated on the geographic boundary of Birmingham and Solihull.  The practice premises are modern, high-security and purpose built. 

We offer a full range of NHS services.  Dr. Jones has an interest in mental health, Dr. Patel in family planning and women's health, Dr. Schuppler and Dr. Patel in diabetes and Dr. Schuppler in heart disease.  The practice team has good working relationships with Primary Care Trust employed community nursing staff.

Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice.

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information. Access

There is wheelchair access to all consulting rooms and a disabled toilet.

Induction Loops

Induction loops are available on request and those with communication difficulties may make appointments and order repeat prescriptions by fax (number on request).
