We are happy to provide travel advice and nhs vaccinations for your upcoming trip abroad. It is important that you contact us at least 6 to 8 weeks before you are due to travel. In the UK the NHS routine immunisation (vaccination) schedule protects you against a number of diseases, but this does not cover all of the infectious diseases found overseas.
If we are not contacted at least 6 weeks before your outbound travel date we will be unable to assist you and you can then get advice from a private travel clinic or a pharmacy that offers travel healthcare services.
You can access more information about our travel clinic here.
Swanswell Medical Centre offer the following travel vaccinations :-
- Diphtheria
- Tetanus
- Polio
- Hepatitus A
- Typhoid
- Cholera
