You and your general practice

It is important that our patients know what to expect from us as your General Practice, and what we expect of you in return.

We are open from 8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.  Throughout these hours you, or your carer on your behalf, can get in touch through your preferred contact method :

  • Visit the Swanswell Medical Centre in person at 370 Gospel Lane, B27 7AL.
  • Call us on 0121 706 5676
  • Go online using our practice website or via the NHS App.

Patients are encouraged to be on time, be prepared, and avoid wasted appointments by cancelling as early as possible. Patients can ask to be supported by general practices in a variety of ways (for example, by making reasonable adjustments or with the practice providing a chaperone).

The link below to “You and Your General Practice” also describes how our patients and their representatives can give feedback or raise any concerns.
